Nike and Tiger have parted ways after 27 iconic, inspirational, and transcendent years. Will we ever see that Sunday red shirt striding down the 18th fairway surrounded by over exuberant fans again? A sad thought for Tiger fans.

The golf fashion followers were on the edge of their seats, waiting to see what he would be wearing at the event. What followed could only truly be described using the infamous Crocs ‘What are those?’ meme. It will be interesting to see what follows for Jason Day and Malbon Golf this season.

In other news, Xander Schauffele has joined Descente following his split with Adidas. Descente is the brand Danny Willett wears, as well as Olivia Cowen on the Ladies European Tour. It’s a very understated brand with simple, effective designs geared towards performance.
