ANY ITEMS PURCHASED IN OUR ARCHIVES SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  

 

 

For any other general purchases outside of our archives sale, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund*, (excluding the original delivery charge) voucher code or exchange, please refer to the returns policy at the footer of our website for full details. Please note extra sale items can only be returned for a voucher or exchange, swimwear is non-returnable due to hygiene purposes.

 

We are more than happy to provide measures on request to prevent the possibility of a return. If your item meets the guidelines set out previously & in the returns form below and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition strictly within 14 days of receipt.

 As per the UK consumer rights regulations If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Ensure swing tags are attached, this should not be removed if you wish to return the item. We will issue a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge) 14 days after receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour or a gift voucher if preferred (same day). Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear can not be returned.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes but it is not always possible due to the fulfillment network we operate, items start being processed through our systems as soon as the order is placed to make sure customers receive their items on time. Please email info@swinsupply.co.uk and if we can stop the item we will (transaction fees may not be refunded if a cancellation is requested)

 

MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us immediately by quoting your name and address, details of the product and photos. If we can’t replace the product we will refund in full plus delivery. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 31 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. If you have removed the swing tags and there are signs of wear we will not accept the return & will deem any faults down to wear. Items that have been damaged due to washing or ironing will not be accepted, if you are not happy with the quality of the designer item after wear please contact the brand directly, we will not be held responsible for manufacturing faults after 31 days.


RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International customers (non-UK) are unable to return goods due to import duties, if you received the wrong item or the goods are faulty then returns from outside of the UK must be invoiced as "RETURNED GOODS - OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" to prevent them being held at Customs. Any customs charges incurred are payable by the customer and not by Swing Supply. Please email us before sending any item back to us as the return address below is only for UK customers.

Swimwear, underwear, socks & facemasks cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes

 

COVID-19 POLICY

If for any reason you cannot return items within the 14-day policy, we need to be notified within this time frame that you are not able to return them due to isolation, returning goods after the 14-day policy with no notification will be rejected.  

CAN I CANCEL AN ITEM?

If you wish to cancel an order please email us as soon as possible requesting it, we can cancel it if it is yet to be dispatched. We pride ourselves on our fast and comprehensive service at Swing Supply, and so sometimes the item will already be shipped.

All cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to payment fees etc. that are not refunded. 

 

MY PARCEL IS SHOWN AS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT SIGN FOR IT?

We will happily investigate any delivery disputes with the Royal Mail, we have access to the GPS coordinates which shows exactly where the parcel was signed for, so will know if it was signed for at the wrong address. Due to Covid-19 postmen since March 2020 have signed for the parcel on the recipient's behalf normally with a signature that says 'XP1' they normally ask for your name and hand the recipient the parcel. If the GPS shows the parcel was delivered to your address, we will require you to sign a legally binding declaration form and obtain a crime reference number from the police, we will open an investigation with the Royal Mail too, and forward over a reference number, both the police & Royal Mail will liaise with you and each other regarding the dispute.
