The tension-filled final match saw Patrick Cantlay sprinting in celebration after sealing the victory on the 15th and final hole. His teammates, including Billy Horschel, Justin Thomas, and Lucas Glover, rallied from an early deficit to secure the landmark win.
After falling 3-0 behind through the first 11 holes, Atlanta Drive fought back with determination, narrowing the gap to 3-2 by the 13th. Horschel delivered a clutch 18-foot putt on the penultimate hole, swinging the momentum in Atlanta's favour just before Cantlay’s final heroics. Their resilience and teamwork earned them the championship and a share of the £6.93m prize fund, while New York’s squad, featuring Cameron Young, Xander Schauffele, Rickie Fowler, and Matt Fitzpatrick, took home £3.46m.
